Privacy policy

This policy explains what Structura Property Group Ltd does with the personal information you give us when you enquire about a property damage claim. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
When you use the callback form or contact us directly, we collect:
- your name;
- your phone number and email address;
- the postcode of the affected property, if you give it;
- what you tell us about the damage, your policy and the state of your claim.
Claim details can include information about your home, your finances and occasionally your health or household circumstances. We only ask for what we need to advise you.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To assess and manage a claim if you go on to instruct us. Our lawful basis is performance of that contract.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations,including record-keeping and complaint handling.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
To progress a claim we may need to share your information with your insurer and their loss adjuster, surveyors, contractors or specialists we instruct on your behalf, and our professional advisers. We share only what is necessary, and we tell you when we do.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become instructions are deleted within twelve months. Where we act on a claim, we keep the file for six years after it closes, so that we can answer any question that arises later.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and spam protection
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If tracking is added later, this section and a consent banner must be added with it.
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. To do that it processes your IP address and basic browser information. Cloudflare does not use this to build an advertising profile of you. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
